  I had such a great experience at my local Verizon store. Daniel assisted me with upgrading both my phone and my internet, and I truly couldn’t have asked for better service. We ran into several obstacles with my account, and the over-the-phone Verizon customer service agent was honestly giving us the runaround. Despite that, Daniel remained incredibly patient, calm, and determined to get everything resolved. He took the time to make sure both my phone and internet were properly upgraded, and he even helped me find a better bundle that works perfectly for my needs. I’m so grateful for his persistence and professionalism. I also want to recognize Sal, who was working alongside Daniel. They only had two employees in the store at the time, and while Daniel was helping me on the phone with customer service, Sal did a great job assisting the other customers and supporting us as needed. Both of them handled the situation with patience and care, even though my situation caused some delays. I’ve always come to this location for all my phone needs, and every experience has been positive. The team consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I get the best deal and truly understand my options. Thank you both so much, I really appreciate everything you did for me. I 100% recommend this store!

  Do not trust this store. Sell rep will promise you anything to take your money. I lost over $200 and can't get my money back.
