  Girl working there couldn't find my account, made me feel dumb by saying I dont have an account with them even though I showed her on the app that I do have a cricket account! She was very incompetent, dont know why they have her in customer service.

  Manuel ea un pecimo empleado me vendió un teléfono y me dió unos cases "gratis" pero en el recibo decía que me había cobrado regrese pero me dijo que ya no se podía hacer nada me empezó a gritar y a decirme que me fuera no vuelvo a regresar a esta tienda jamás les doy 1 estrella por qué no se les puede dar menos
