Thankfully Eddie was incredibly helpful at getting me the phone I had set my sights on and even offered to bring it from downtown to the Hollywood location since it was out of stock. I didn't have to trade in my phone immediately and was able to transfer everything to my new phone, then dropped off the old one at my convenience a few days later. All around great experience and a great crew that's not trying to rush you into anything.

Promised free internet unit but it costs $69 a month and took 3 months to get off my account, promised a free iPad but had a monthly fee. Added a line to my account without authorization and have been charging me for months and Verizon wont remove it becuase the store has to, but they don't answer the phone. Do not go here they are horrible!!
