- EEEvanJan 2, 20261.0The staff here are trained to lie to you about charges, upsell you on 'free items,' and then refuse to help whatsoever in terms of rectifying the issues. I was "given" a free iPad that I was told would cost the account nothing per month. They have been charging my account 20/30$ per month for service on the iPad over 2 years (I was told having service on the iPad was free). Additionally the service has never worked, and the iPad battery stopped working at full capacity weeks later. I took the iPad back to this store to try to get them to fix the service and they could not. I thought I would stop being charged at that point. I was not. I am still being charged. I went in today to try to return the iPad and was essentially brushed off and told it is a 36 month contract (something I never knowingly signed up for). So the staff are signing customers onto contracts without their consent or knowledge. I am likely going to discontinue all verizon services because of this experience and this store.

He helped me seamlessly upgrade my phone, took the time to thoroughly analyze my bill, and ultimately helped my family save well over $100 on our monthly plan. His knowledge, patience, and work ethic are unmatched. Eddie is personable, polite, and genuinely knows how to engage with anyone and everyone. What stood out most was how intentional he is—he gives you his undivided attention and makes sure every question is answered and every need is met. He never rushed the process and made sure we fully understood our options. He also makes himself available for follow-up questions and truly goes above and beyond to find the best deals and maximum savings. In a city where great customer service can be hard to come by, Eddie is a breath of fresh air. Eddie is a stellar employee who absolutely deserves all the praise (and raises!) he can get. I’m incredibly grateful for his time, care, and dedication. If you’re visiting this Verizon location, do yourself a favor and ask for Eddie—you won’t regret it.
