  Poor service. I transfered from metro next door. The manager Nay talked me into a contract that was $100/month with a “free phone” on a 3 year contract. Only if i transfered and kept my number. I went to work and my service was horrendous. I had paid for 5G UW plan that he claimed was better. I kept getting kicked off onto LTE with 1 bar. Internet speed test showed 1mb download 1 mb upload. I went back and forth with verizon chat support for hours looking for a resolution. My metro pcs in the same area gives me full bars at 300mb down and 20mb up on 5G UC for $25/month on a OG plan they no longer offer. The verizon support told me i was within return window. They told me to transfer my number back to metro and then return the phone to verizon to avoid losing my number. They also said the restocking fee would be waived do to poor service as i checked the coverage map and it claims im in a 5G UW covered area. The next day after successfully transferring back to metro and paying for a more expensive plan than i previously had with metro. i proceeded to walk into the verizon to return the device. They werent able to pull up my account and told me it was my fault for not returning the phone first. They claimed Verizon chat support gave me improper instructions. After going back and forth with verizon on call in the store for another hour or two they were able to resolve the issue and make sure that i didnt have to buyout the phone as the store was claiming do to me voiding the contract despite being within return window. Nay was unprofessional and was on his personal phone both days while handling my personal information such as SSN and ID it looked as if he was taking photos of my information. This is extremely unprofessional and shouldnt be done with personal devices. I strongly recommend others avoid this location at all costs. The wouldnt refund my restocking fee despite verizn saying they had to. I then contacted metro and was able to get back on my original plan that i had since 2011 that is $25/month unlimited everything. This plan is no longer offered and i definitely will not be coerced into swapping again. Shame on the lack of poor communication from Verizon as well as Nay the store manager. I feel Nay should be investigated for theohotos he took of me and my personal information on his personal device. Luckily i have identity protection and SSN pin so i am safe from identity theft. Not everyone is so i fear others especially less observant elderly may have been coerced and may be at risk.

  The worker was very well spoken. He helped us feel at ease in choosing Verizon. He was very detailed about our new phone plan and it seemed very easy to make the switch to Verizon. We loved it.
