Terrible customer service and borderline refusal to work with me as a buyer defined every interaction. I dealt with multiple rude agents and witnessed consistent unprofessionalism. They presented paperwork with conflicting information, a clear sign of disorganization. During one property walk-through, the agent simply opened the door and left me there. I've never encountered such a poor sales experience.
