    I came in to upgrade my phone and the representative, who helped me added the phone that I wanted to trade in to my line and said that.Wait a few weeks to get a new replacement from assurion. This dumb representative never added the protection plan that I agreed to.So now I don't have a protection plan on that line because of her, and now I have to wait longer to get a replacement phone. Now I see why everyone in verizon is getting fired... fifteen years with verizon, and I am at my peak of leaving, because you guys give too many issues for no reason.

    I have been having problems with my new iPhone for over a week. After 4 visits to stores and over 11 hours with tech support, Daniel and his manager fixed the problem with my phone. For them it was simple but numerous others could not problem solve the issue correctly. I was literally ready to give up and Daniel said “ no, don’t say that because I will fix this”. He did. Thank you Daniel!!! Verizon needs to learn from this amazing team. They have a lot if knowledge and customer skills to teach.

    The automated machine doesnt help at all when trying to contact Verizon and the Verizon app is no help at all either I need to speake to a physical person. Want to make sure my payment went through and was collected. I see in my account it shows I still have the money. I have other automatic payments that will be taken from my account. And if that happened I dont want my phone lines cut off because of what ever reason or excuse Verizon will have. When I try calling back it won't go through. Even after I was on the phone waiting for the code it was providing to show proof of who is calling. Don't go for Verizon to much just to get help from customer service its like I have to jump through hoops just to talk to someone and make sure my payment went through.

    My experience at this Verizon location was deeply disappointing due to the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of two employees; Diana, the manager, a Colombian woman, and John, a white man of larger build. Diana, who holds a manager position, exhibited extremely poor customer service and an alarming lack of professionalism. When I approached her regarding a billing issue, she deliberately attempted to provoke me by kicking my foot twice, both times done harshly. This kind of physical contact is completely unacceptable in any professional environment. She also initially claimed she could not access my account and that only other employees could assist me. However, she later accessed my account herself, proving that she had lied and intentionally withheld assistance. Throughout the interaction, Diana made it nearly impossible to speak or explain my situation, constantly interrupting and speaking over me. Her dismissive attitude and inflated ego made it clear that she has no regard for customer concerns or respect for the people she is meant to serve. John, a white man of larger build, was equally unhelpful. When I sought his assistance regarding the same issue, he stated that he couldn’t and wouldn’t help me, without offering any valid reasoning. Instead of assisting customers, he stood around gossiping with a coworker, ignoring my concerns entirely. Both Diana and John demonstrated behavior that is completely inconsistent with Verizon’s standards of professionalism. Their actions not only failed to resolve my issue but also created a hostile and frustrating experience. Verizon should seriously investigate and address their conduct, as they have ruined what could have been a simple and respectful customer interaction.
