The employees at this location are very rude and unprofessional. Came in on two separate occasions today and last Mo talked to a older Mexican guy with gray hair was probably in his 40s and each time I’ve came in he shows me off and does not do his job in a professional.
He does not go into the computer and look at the office at Verizon offers a customers will try to get you to hurry up and shun you off. I’ve never had an experience like this at any Verizon store I’ve ever been to it with no longer come or do business with this location. I will also be contacting corporate to let them know about the behavior of the employee here at the Store. Came in closer to closing, sat down and talk to the guy. It was another family getting help and he tells me we’re basically getting ready to close so he didn’t wanna help. I will no longer be coming to this location.z

We came to check my phone they take forever to attend and when I ask about some screen one of the employees tell me what I want be very nasty and tell me get out here .very very bad services and other employees ask me leave the store improperly .I have a business whit them for the last 20 years my family and my internet services whit them but now I feel very disagree ,I'm a heart surgeon and I never expected this behavior in a public sales company

We went to upgrade our phone and I was so disappointed how much the customer service has dropped, the employee we got seemed annoyed that I was asking questions regarding what we where paying, our plan and wasn't helpful what so ever I had to go on my own and look up the information I would thru the Verizon App also a huge Red flag he was such in a hurry for us to leave that he didn't even activate the phone he didn't even turn it on or open the box he didn't give us the option if we wanted him or us to activate it. He just told us to use an app to transfer everything when we got home.
