My experience is that we thought my mom got her new phone and everything was working great and that my phone bill was paid. We go home and I look at my text message and it's supposed to give you a text message showing that your bill was paid or you have a receipt they gave you proving that your bill was paid. I saw no text showing my bill was paid so then who's bill did they pay cuz obviously it wasn't mine? Now I'm really mad wondering if they stole the money from us after we paid a random $50 phone bill. Also the conversation I heard from another customer is that they messed up her stuff too so never go to this cricket store because they constantly have a high turnover of employees and there's constantly new employees there all the time. They mess up your stuff all the time so be really careful that everything is correct and working great before you leave the store if you happen to go here and make sure your phone bill is paid. Make sure you have a receipt or you have the text message showing your bill was paid or don't walk out the store. They tried to screw me over before when I got my new phone about 2 months ago. I went to a different Cricket branch to get my new phone i stead who was a way better store and a lot nicer employees. It was in San Lorenzo. Also smarter in San Lorenzo branch.
