- MKMarion KuhnsOct 8, 20251.0I tried calling the Geek Squad at my Local Hawthorn, Ca store, but was directed to someone who doesn't speak clear English in Panama City, Panama! So much for customer service for Geek Squad member service! They even refused to transfer me to the store that I requested. They actually wanted me to share my customer information with someone outside of the US. I have major CYBER SECURITY concerns with Best Buy sharing my information outside of the US. I won't be renewing my contract!!!!
