BUYER BE WARE!! I had a washer and dryer installed on 10/15/25, I called on 10/28 and they said it was outside the two week return window. My dryer doesn’t work and I spend close to $2000 and Best Buy is refusing to replace or fix the issue. Very disappointed in Israel the service manager for refusing to assist and make this right. Buy your appliances from another vendor.

when I first came in , I asked if the person who worked with AT&T are at this location at first they said no and then yes . After i was trying to do my upgrade with AT&T they needed the help from the Best Buy worker Chris with glasses after they tried to get his attention multiple time he's ignored them , making me not be able to walk out with my phone when the manager Philip came i mention Chris took forever to help us and just ignored the issue , wouldn't come here unless you want attitude and be ignored

Nope won’t be doing business again with them. I had already bought the washer/dryer combo online but it won’t be in stock until December. I purchased it in August. Apparently you can’t schedule a delivery date until a couple weeks prior to it being in stock. Ok fine but I kept getting texts, phone calls and emails telling me to book my delivery date even though I talked to customer service again and again about this issue of being stuck in a loop of some defective system they have .Nothing was done until I had to call corporate to complain. That was a collective waste of an hour of my life there. I already wasted 2 or more hours previously to try and find the right washer/dryer by talking with one sales rep after the other that first told me the washer and dryer was in stock but then couldn’t tell me the stats so after putting me on an endless hold, I just called another Best Buy that transferred me to Best Buy Customer Support out of state. That person was on point so props to her! But today I wanted to go in person here to the Hawthorn location and the customer service was the absolute top worst in the history of the world I live in! Guys up front were half way decent but couldn’t wait to say “just ask the guys in appliances”. By the time we got there it seemed like a ghost town of all floor reps moving in opposite directions of us , we walked around in circles until we seen some people sitting and typing with no descript uniforms so we approached while they pretended to act like we weren’t there and when it got to a point of uncomfortable awkwardness and I said “hello” the guy said somewhat rudely “I’m working construction , you want the guys in blue” at this point I feel like I’m in a Dave Chapelle sketch at Kinko’s “can I help you !!!???” So after 5 minutes we finally get to the “right guy” who really did not want to help us at all,kept raising his voice at us saying we needed to give him more information , I said “ can’t you just look it up?” Maybe it’s just because we’d already bought the machine and he didn’t have anything to gain from us, idk but he was extremely lazy and rude ..so we gave up and left. We went straight to Home Depot in Marina del Rey /Playa Vista, found an awesome sales rep named Manny who was super helpful and he sold us on the new washer/dryer combo GE profile and now canceling our order with Best Buy stat!
