Not a good experience at this best buy today. I went in to exchange a product with a different one. When I gave them the new product the cashier said she processed a return instead. After the manager came over she told me since it's been longer than 10 minutes and she already processed the return they would not be able to do an exchange. Very frustrating and a waste of my time.

The sales rep in appliances named Martin is awesome. My husband and I bought a refrigerator for my parents during the black friday sale and he was extremely helpful in navigating through the process. There were issues with the ice maker 5 weeks after purchase .... At the direction of other Best buy associates We tried to get ahold of manufacturer for assistance and had a difficult time trying to reach them. We went back into the store, luckily Martin was working and helped us out with a swap out of a new fridge . The experience was painless and quick. Thanks again, moving forward we will exclusively use him for any new appliances

I waited almost 2 hours just trying to buy a PC and monitor and they kept not having what I wanted and then when I found a new thing they'd get me the wrong box and so I'd have to wait longer. I got home and then tried to set up the PC, only for the PCI-E cables to be unplugged and tied away so I cut the tie and tried to connect them only for them to be too short to reach where it said they should go. Thanks, I don't feel like coming to this particular location ever again.

DO NOT GO HERE. The supervisor NICK, is the worst customer service person ever. He does not deserve to be in a client facing position. He is so rude , unhelpful, and unapologetic. Bestbuy will go out of business because of people like him.

Dec.26,2025 appox. 1005 I enter Lawndale Best Buy looking for D.A.P (Digital Audio Player). Unfortunately, workers pass me around. With no information of the product I was looking for.
From one area to the next, no one had on name tags. So Sorry, I could not put names in review. Therefore, i'm forced to go online and just order one. I tried to support stores but situations like this make you support online shopping
