  Decent service with a decent atmosphere. Found what I was looking for easily and the customer service is good. No issues and was in and out quickly. Good job Best Buy 👏

  This trip, I only went to measure/size my finger for the Oura Ring. However, I've shopped at Best Buy on several occasions. The associates are very helpful and friendly.

  Asked 4 or 5 different people for help finding what I was looking for, no one wanted to get off their phone or get up from their seat. Customer service here is nonexistent.

  sir you are outside the return window A never heard of such a thing B 1 day past C broke day 1 im a busy guy D you can keep the item All of the above Edit to respond to their response: You dont get it I dont have time for this. I let the guy at the counter have the item. You lost your opportunity to offer customer service while i was at your store. No Karen moment, just left receipt and item. Ill never shop best buy again.

  Came in to purchase a few audio cables. No one came in to ask if I needed help. Found the cables stood in line to pay and only 1 register is open. She was helping a customer on a return. Took so long I waited 20 min and no one came to ask to help me. I see 20 other employees standing around. 3 talking to each other by the entrance. Not a single one wanted to assist. The one girl at the register didn’t even acknowledge me to say sorry for the wait or call someone else. So I just left all the devices and walked out of the store. Went to five below and was there in and out. I’m sorry but that is not good customer service.
