I see new company's opening here and I'm glad to see the restoration. It's in a great place and you can find almost everything you need on Carson st. I needed a new phone, mine broke last night. I am a very satisfied total wireless customer that just moved back out here from North Hollywood. I googled total wireless near me. It brought me here and John was here to help.me. He is awesome!!! There were 4 other customers here and he was able to multi task and take care of all very quickly. He answered all my questions, he was very informative and was able to help me purchase another phone in 15 minutes. I am a very busy person and I appreciate when someone is quick and knows there job. He is also very compassionate and professional. I will definitely be back and let all my friends and family know Total Wireless and this store is a blessing 🙌 🙏 ✨️

I thought this was strange, but I wasn't going to argue with him about it. That same day, I ended up buying a Total Wireless SIM card with no contract at Walmart for $5 I used this SIM card to activate a Total Wireless plan online for $30... Once again, John had lied and said I would have to be charged $60 for my first month. I think he was just trying to sell me the regular plan and when I came back confused he would plead ignorance. I'm sure he will try to act like there was some kind of misunderstanding, but there was not. He was quite explicit. Don't reward this location with your business.
