    Some of the worst customer service you can possibly imagine comes from this store. The store manager here completely rude and apparently the store it support gets the runaround from the workers so that way the customer ends up paying in the long run. Totally unprofessional. If I didn't have to have Verizon, I wouldn't deal with these people. Update: The IT department saves the day! I will be doing everything via mobile/ sent to home so I don't have to deal with the rude staff of the store. Highly recommend you mystery shop your own store since you're taking time out of your day to write reviews as the owner

    I was in this store today, i had a trade in issue the lady who works there was very helpful and this is not the first time i visit this store and i get a very positive experience there. They are very professional and fast when helping people.

    If I can give ZERO STARS I would. Micheal was our representative, I went in on Monday to port in from are.He gave me a a price point with multiple services. I’m an elderly folk who I feel gotten taken advantage of. He told me one price and when I called into customer service they gave me a double amount that I was unaware of. There are what looks like temporary numbers on my account then my original number was ported in, he added a iPad and a box that I was unaware of how to use or what it is used for. My daughter had to call in to get everything situated, I was charged for items I shouldn’t have been charged for. its been such a head ache. He also didn’t explain I had to have the expensive top tier plan In order to even get a “free phone” and I can’t change the plan. he didn’t discuss how the free phone works. He didn’t discuss the 40 for every device to be activated. We waited there for 3 hours for him to get everything situated didn’t offer any water, was in the back room for a while before comping out and talking with us. Just a horrible experience. Then I left home and I couldn’t receive any calls, for three days. Highly do not recommend!

    Bring a copier so you can get everyone on the same page. Walked in to switch carriers and they said we have an upgrade available. I thought we'd look into all the new phones and research the ones we liked first so we decided to wait for the upgrade. One week later we go to upgrade and we are stopped because Verizon has a balance on a phone that's been PAID OFF for over a year, so nearly two hours on the phone with CS we get that settled. We go in a third time to upgrade but now we have to pay a $700 deposit for EACH phone. That's not in the terms / agreement anywhere, it's only because Verizon wants us to build credit buy paying our monthly bill which is strange because to upgrade a phone they need a credit check anyway. Overall very dissatisfied and we ended up buying both phones from an Apple store with the $700 deposits. Why would I want to deal with Verizon CS more than I have to already. Best cell coverage in Hanford but you pay for it with hours of unnecessary conversations with CS and a constant run-around. Good luck and don't forget the Advil.
