  I was recently here. I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S25. I was helped by a staffer named Kasandra. She was very helpful and attentive to all questions and concerns I had. Safe to say I left without any questions/concerns. I would point anyone to this Cricket location.

  Don't know what is going on with this young generation, no communication, no common courtesy, rude, when you walk in to pay for services, they don't greet don't talk, just stare with a blank stare, sometimes I rather have a robot assist me.

  Been a customer for 17 and never no deals. You have to pay $25 for an upgrade when you've been with them for so long then you ask the sales associate how long has the been out and they lied to you only telling you it's been out for two weeks when it's been out for a couple of months then you go to return the phone then they charge you $25 to switch it over $25 for a ground grade so really there is no deals here I don't know why I stay Cricket for so long
