  I’ve been coming to this location for years, along with my family. The staff always greets customers warmly and is incredibly helpful. I came in because my phone was broken and left with a brand-new one. Jessica’s amazing customer service made the decision so easy. I’ll definitely continue coming to this location.

  1 star is already too much .. out of all the cricket store in Hanford this is my to go store cause every time I have gone all the workers are extremely helpful and polite … but im doubting going there again after my sister told me about her experience today 01/14/26 at around 4 pm this girl just glanced her up and down and even tho her co worker was already helping someone else at the moment she asked her to help my sister out .. my sister over heard her saying “ can you help her I don’t want to “ her co worker the. Proceeded to ask why and she replied I’ll tell you later … we happen to have knowledge of this person and the personal reasons why she did not wanna help about and allowing her personal issues to intervene in her customer service has a lot to say about her work ethic.. my sister decided to just walk out of the building and go to another cricket store where she will be welcomed and helped out … it’s her job and she didn’t care to do it nobody was rude to her and the approach she took is unacceptable the manager should really look into the attitude and character trait of this employee I know the full name but unlike her I have decided not to expose her .. it’s sad tht over one lame employee the store has added one more bad review
