    The guys that work here were really helpful and knowledgeable. The whole crew is great, if Verizon could clone them and put them in stores all over I’m sure they would never have an issue. Definitely the best experience I have ever had in 19 years of being a Verizon customer!

    The home internet device at my mother in law's house stopped working on 09-20-2025. Verizon tech support and their corporate store were not only unhelpful but actively rude as we tried to get them to fix it. We had this service for more than 2 years and the address was allowed back then but they've since closed it to new customers for reasons that I can't fathom considering how good the signal is at the house. I spent hours back and forth with them trying to explain the situation and point out how this was clearly a system and/or device error that they need to work around and they just wouldn't budge on their line that Verizon intentionally disconnected the service without telling me, while still charging me, and not requesting their equipment back. I was just about to give up when I decided to try the local store in town because I've had good service there before and I also thought maybe an authorized reseller would put in more effort than the corporate store and I was right. Daniel was able to help us right away, upgraded my MIL to a 5G box since her area has 5G UW service and waived the activation fee for the hassle. They'll definitely be my point of contact going forward, and this store is pretty much the only reason I didn't start making moves to transfer our $300 a month account to a different carrier out of pure frustration that the primary Verizon support couldn't figure out the issue let alone make real attempts to solve it.

    Daniel is truly an asset to this store, from start to finish my husband and I had such a great experience. Daniel is very knowledgeable and helped us accomplish several of the items we had wished to complete within a short time frame.

    We were extremely frustrated with our Verizon service and had even reached the point of planning to discontinue. However, our experience completely turned around because of the outstanding support we received from Kyle and Daniel. From the very beginning, they showed patience, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help. They listened carefully to our concerns, acknowledged our frustrations, and worked tirelessly to resolve the issues we were facing. What stood out the most was their commitment to going above and beyond making sure that no detail was overlooked and that we felt supported every step of the way. Their service was nothing short of unparalleled. Instead of feeling like just another customer, we felt valued and taken care of. It is rare to encounter representatives who combine both expertise and genuine care the way they did. Because of Kyle and Daniel, we not only decided to continue with Verizon, but also walked away feeling more confident in the company’s commitment to its customers. Verizon is truly fortunate to have such dedicated and exceptional team members. Their efforts deserve to be recognized and appreciated.
