- SSSteven SparksFeb 16, 20261.0I signed up for service for my business with 3 lines and router. They gave me a written quote for $129/mo. Also in writing the $353.87 I paid in upfront charges (router) would take 2 billing cycles to remove. Also, was charged $75 for router service for billing cycle that started before I even went into the store! 5 trips to the store later, all I received was $180 inconvenience rebate. Total they owe me is $425-$180 = $245 I am also paying $144/mo instead of $129/mo. Taxes? Do not trust their quotes, even in writing.
