The employee couldn't be bothered to acknowledge me, so at 11:05 I told him I had an appointment at 11, and all he said was "my coworker should be coming soon." By 11:15 still no one showed up to help. Waste of time, will not be returning.

They will add HotSpot to every line on your account, and yiu guessed it, they wont tell you. They take advantage of you! This is not part of Verison but a sub of them or something.
