So hard to get in contact with them. No phones in the stores. Web support non existent. Very frustrated with new computer purchase. I want to return the whole thing. Including the lame BestBuy Total subscription program which is worthless.

Scheduled an appointment, arrived to find they were backed up over an hour because several employees did not arrive to work and they had not adjusted appointments to reflect actual availability.
