Extremely unhelpful staff in store. Will mislead you and waste 30+ minutes of your time just to put you in a waitlist in the end anyways. If you ask someone for help make sure you pester them constantly because that’s what’s needed apparently.

Very helpful staff when you’re looking for something specific. The workers truly go out of their way to help. I was searching for a particular item, and instead of just pointing me in the right direction, they actually walked with me until I found exactly what I needed. That’s real customer service!

Soooo this star is towards everything that is Best Buy. Apparently, the phone #'s listed for each store nationwide is fake. It does not direct you to the store on the listing. Instead it directs you to Best Buy Prime ( were everyone sounds like a scam call center ) even if you tell them you wish to talk to that store you're met with " I'm sorry, all Best Buys do not accept outgoing calls. We cannot transfer you to that store, you will have to go in person". I don't have a vehicle, I have to use Uber. That costs money especially when this Best buy is the only store that can repair my device that is closest to me which is 11 freaken miles away! That's $40 to Best Buy depending on Peak hour and $40 back. As a single parent with a fixed income, that's allot of money. With T-Mobile no longer having a contract in store for tech support, everyone is making life harder on the little guys. Forever trapped in limbo of a voice automated call line or a scam call center receptionist. Do they not realize this is how you lose money? Then again they'll probably file for bankruptcy too sooner or later.

Terrible service, guy working with no name tag, no surprise when you dont feel like doing your job. Goes to open window counter to open headphones and says he has to sell it to me at the closer counter. When I ask why, he says the other counter is too far. Don't lie to me, its to prevent theft, I get it. Company does not want to lose profits but why did he sell to someone else and hand the headphones to them to walk to check out counter instead of the closer counter that he used to sell the headphones to me. Seems like im being profiled and Im disappointed considering I've been shopping here since I was 14. Big shame. Do better best buy, your business is past the point of life support.

I second the other reviews that state that this is the worst Best Buy location I’ve been to, with terrible customer service and manager. The transaction was supposed to be straight forward. I was only picking up two products I bought online that were ready for me to pick up (as per the email I received) but I had to wait 40 minutes for them to "scan" the barcode in one of the products that was open box. I was the only person in line, no one else was waitingm and the whole time the employees and manager were clueless on how to find the info they needed. The manager ended up bypassing that scan by just making up a number. Why not doing that from the very beginning? But this didn't end here.. Before I took the product home, I checked with the manager herself to make sure the product had all its parts, which she assured me it had, as the only reason the product was listed "open box" was because it was used to be on display at the store, meaning it hadn;t been purchased by another customer. So you'd think that it still comes with all the parts and accessories, after all, best buy displays only the products but not the tiny accessories as they would obviously get stolen or lost It was only when I came back home that I noticed the product had 7 missing parts, and it was then that I realized the manager had 0 idea about the actual parts that were supposed to come with the product, to properly advice me before I take the product home. That is deceiving to the customers. And I'm mentioning this because the information online about the product was very ambiguous, so you would think that by checking with the manager you'd have a better insight. she probably just made that up as well, like she made up the number (after 40 minutes of failed attempts) for me to be able to take the product home (that I paid in advance on an online purchase and was supposed to be ready for pick up) The box they gave me the product in, was a disaster as well. very badly taped and showing signs of being broken (It wasn't even the actual box of the product) After I came back to the store, her only solution was to refund me or just credit me 40 bucks in store credit. Like, what for? The last thing I'll do is to purchase anything at that store again. Had I been the manager I would have offer the customer with another product for the exact same price the customer paid or an extra refund for the missing parts not listed. Visit on 10/29/25 in the late afternoon. I second the comments not recommend visiting this location or spending any money here.
