They want you to buy their warranty service!
It is tough to find an associate who will help you! After asking multiple employees who were "about to clock out" or it wasn't "their department" we got a very pushy salesperson.
This guy would not take NO for an answer on purchasing the "My Best Buy Total" Yearly membership. I literally said NO more than three times and he would not proceed with the sale until I said yes.
I felt trapped because I needed the item.
1 star for the item being in stock.
1 star for being in a convenient shopping location.

My daughter bought a desk top computer for our business on Dec 22. It was to be delivered to her home by Best Buys third party vendor On Trac.
My daughter waited all day on the 23rd for the delivery that never arrived.
What she did receive was an email from Best Buy stating that On Trac "was unable to access the building". Odd, because my daughter lives in a single story house with no gate, fence or dog.
The message went on to state the computer would be returned to Best Buy and we could expect a refund.
I went to the Glendora store the following Tuesday and arranged for a store pick up of the computer. I felt better because we received an email stating the computer was being prepared for pick up that day.
Now its Saturday and after being told the computer was on a Verification Hold" , I have opted for a refund which is supposed to arrive back in our checking account in two weeks.
The Best Buy employees with whom I met in the store were earnest and tried their best to give me the computer but were held up by corporate policy and procedures.
I may shop again at Best Buy again, but only if I can take the item with me the same day. I will never opt for delivery and I will never buy from a company that is partnered with On Trac.

I buy this game on December 24/25, I try to return today 26. The guy at best do not accept the return because I open the game, I buy all my electronics here , after this never return to buy at Best Buy
