  A little bit of a line when I went but I highly recommend Irving. Super knowledgeable and engaging. I appreciate the extra time to explore different Apple Watch options.

  0 Star – Financial Loss due to Incompetence ​Title: Avoid "Joe" – Incompetent staff cost me $800 and 2 hours of my life ​"I had an absolutely infuriating experience at this Apple Store. I came in with a 7-day-old iPhone that had a defective speaker. Instead of performing a simple exchange for a faulty device (DOA), a specialist named Joey processed it as a FULL RETURN. ​By doing this, he unilaterally cancelled my T-Mobile promotion (worth $800 in credits) which happened to expire today. When the system wouldn't let him re-apply the promo, instead of getting a manager to fix HIS mistake, he gave me the runaround and sent me 2 blocks away to a T-Mobile store. T-Mobile confirmed that Joey had completely botched the transaction and that only Apple could fix what they broke. ​I ended up having to pay FULL PRICE for a replacement because of Joey’s lack of basic training. I spent 2 hours in the store and lost hundreds of dollars in credits because an Apple employee doesn't know the difference between a 'Return' and an 'Exchange'. ​This is not the level of service you expect from Apple. If you value your time and your money, stay away from this location or at least avoid working with Joey. I will be escalating this to Corporate.

  Very rude female supervisor.I was so disappointed of Apple team customer service. I went there with daughter to buy a gift for her. When asked for help the lady (supervisor)shoved me the wall and said go wait over there. I said should I take number or do you take my name she said no. So we waited probably 25 -30 minutes and I was observing how other customers comes and served right away or names were taken and placed in waiting list. So when that lady brought somebody and put ahead of me I said to her I'm waiting for 30 minutes and you put this guy ahead of me she lied and said he was here all this time. I asked for her name she ignored it but she was speaking Armenian to other customers. I even couldn't imagine that Apple store has such a horrible unprofessional customer service.

  I really hate coming here. No matter the time always crowded, and why bother making appts if they are really late, or actually making me leave right now, rescheduling for another day.
