  The service is extremely poor and it's a rip-off! They verbally agreed to the package I requested, but at the time of charging, they changed it to a more expensive one for me! It's a shady place, don't go there!

  Francisco was patient,helpful and professional. I know Verizon line is expensive but with this type of customer service . Definitely see why I shouldn't change my Carrier.

  Recently went in and got the iPhone 17 on release. I haven't upgraded my phone in over 5 years and decided to go to the store on 10th street. I had to wait a little bit before getting taken care of, but once the worker approached me the whole process went quick and smooth. The lady who helped me, Stephanie, was an amazing worker and was very nice to talk to. She informed me of all the deals, insurance policies, prices, internet options, etc. I really like her customer service skills, and the whole ordeal took less than 1hr. There was another woman as well named Alex, who assisted Stephanie and made the experience even better. I appreciate them both and will be returning if I need anything else iPhone related, or service related. Thanks again Stephanie and Alex!

  Worst store ever…Complete waste of time. Employees and manager don’t know anything but wanting to sell to you. After all these reviews about this store clearly something needs to be done but no keep it open and have bad experiences every time!
