- AAAJCSep 22, 20255.0Recently went in and got the iPhone 17 on release. I haven't upgraded my phone in over 5 years and decided to go to the store on 10th street. I had to wait a little bit before getting taken care of, but once the worker approached me the whole process went quick and smooth. The lady who helped me, Stephanie, was an amazing worker and was very nice to talk to. She informed me of all the deals, insurance policies, prices, internet options, etc. I really like her customer service skills, and the whole ordeal took less than 1hr. There was another woman as well named Alex, who assisted Stephanie and made the experience even better. I appreciate them both and will be returning if I need anything else iPhone related, or service related. Thanks again Stephanie and Alex!

- 7L731 Homes LLCAug 10, 20251.0HOLY SMOKES!! I read the reviews but I didn't believe them. This used to be my go to Verizon even going out of my way to come here a few years ago. Lady in the front checking people in clearly doesn't want to be there. Guy in the counter talking about what he does on his free time with the customers he's helping. I was next in line for about an hour and of those 3 stations nobody finished what they were doing until someone came from their lunch to help me. No sense of urgency or customer service. 2 people walked out because they were waitin too long. Where is management?? I used to feel like a valued customer entering here.

She was very personable and resolved the issues quickly. I only wish I had gone there first instead of spending time on the phone with tech support.
