- DJDave JNov 11, 20251.0I bought a Power Supply Unit from here that was defective, by the time the Corsair customer service got back to me and issued an RMA, I was outside of the short 15-day return window, now I'm paying an extra 10-20% cost of the item because the manufacturer doesn't pay for RMA shipping. Shopping here was a mistake, I'd have much easier solutions to this problem anywhere else. I've tried to call the store to see if I can just get an exchange and it's all overseas support people struggling to understand me over the phone. Employees are kind enough but the displays are trashed and the store doesn't feel well cared for. I guess that's just the reality of the state of box stores in America these days.
