This has to be the worst verizon store of all time. Very very rude. Beyond long wait. No one even attempts to try to aid. Left without even handling the business I was there for. I recommend going to another store even if it means traveling 30 min further.

Very disappointing experience at this Verizon store. I’ve been here four times, three times just to drop off my trade-in, and it’s always a long wait, even with an appointment. They don’t tell you ahead of time that only the salesperson who sold you the phone can process your trade-in. That makes no sense. You wait a long time, then find out they can’t help you. One employee even spent about 45 minutes accessing my account just to check, and then the manager told me I’d have to come back when my original salesperson was working. Total waste of time and very poor communication.
This Verizon store always has the same problem, only one staff member working, no matter how busy it is. They really need to hire more people, and the manager should step in to help instead of letting one person handle everything. I actually feel bad for their staff, especially William, he was very nice and tried his best, but he couldn’t do much without support. It’s frustrating that so many reviews mention the same issue about having only one employee, yet nothing ever changes. The owner really needs to improve how this store is run.
Verizon really needs to fix this process.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
Had a normal experience here with William until I looked through my receipt of the day I came in and upgraded my device and realized he charged me for “set up & go fees” for 2 devices that I never even opened or set up in store. That’s $60 of fees they did absolutely nothing for. Review your invoice or bill before paying!! When I came back to tell them I spoke to another different rep and they said they were sorry and would apply some credits to my next bill, my next bill came and I didn’t see any charges taken off or credited and when I came back in the store William said to contact Verizon, he couldn’t do anything about it and kind of gave me the run around.
I always recommend going into a corporate Verizon store and not a 3rd party store like this store. They’ll try and get you to pay the most with fees and add ons.
