They charged me $40.00 for an "activation fee", then when I call verizon customer service they told me they charged me just to set up my phone and not the activation fee and I was going to be charged another activation fee first off they didn't do jack and didn't even help AT ALL I couldve done everything myself. They even said that certain perks were included, but when I called customer service, they said it wasn't included. Untrained staff, and I wouldn't recommend this store AT ALL. You're better off elsewhere. DO NOT COME HERE!

We agreed and signed, continued with phone set up. And made the payment for the taxes which was $190. We were there for about 2 hours trying to complete this process. At the end we were told ooops you don’t get any credit for the trade ins so you have to buy the phones full price. Ooor take another 2+ hours to reverse everything. Then they proceeded to tell me ooops our systems are down and we’re out of paper. We can’t provide you with a receipt. WTH! I would have left but we needed the new phones…. When I left I had to contact Verizon for all the information. They overcharged me for everything.
