That's a shame how poor customer service you experience at Best Buy in The Geek Squad. If you ever need electronic repair I would never suggest The Geek Squad not only because they are extremely extremely overpriced but because it's more appropriate to get your electronic repairs done at a local computer shop. Best Buy has terrible customer service and I believe this company will not last much longer with the rise of Amazon and best buys and Geeks squad poor customer service and lack of computer knowledge
