Had to purchase a laptop. The entire transaction took less than 20 minutes!! I had no idea what brand I wanted. Great help from Ty in computer dept at the Fullerton, ca store on Orangethorpe & Harbor blvd. Best part…saved $400 on the purchase and got laptop that was twice as fast as my previous one.

Leaving a one star review because I tried to call and reach someone at the store and first it makes me talk to an AI that doesn’t allow me to pass through to someone then after repeatedly hitting zero it takes me to a human who is clearly not someone who works at the store they said they are the “virtual sales department” for the store. So letting Best Buy know That this is horrible customer experience and will actively not shop here because of this lack of humans being able to answer questions when needed or desired. Have shopped at Best Buy for many years. Will actively be looking at other options. Going forward. Enjoy your robotic customer service.

Best Buy is a horrible company I went in a few days ago and they sold me an item they knew that there was a problem with they were very rude they were very prejudiced and they were very discriminating especially when they know that I have a vision impaired you ask him for anything and they are very rude in fact one of the employees actually told me because of the way I look that they were not going to give me good customer service when I had dropped almost $200 in there horrible company horrible employees and this place should be shut down and be brought up on charges they don't even deserve one star they deserve a negative six stars I will never and I do mean never step back a foot in that place ever again the only thing I want is to see Best Buy shutdown permanently and after being discriminated against and having Prejudice comments to me I want to see these employees put out on the street and arrested

The Loss prevention guy at the Brea store is so overzealous that he put me on their facial recognition system not because I stole something I've never stole something from them in my life but because I caught him doing his loss prevention and his plain clothes. He's clearly some sort of disgruntled police officer I don't know what but he's really upset with me because I called him out and he put me on facial recognition So when I walked into this store the alarm sounded when I walked into the store I've never stolen anything from them in my life ever.. And they're all staring at me and it's just like the Brea guy is a joke This guy seemed pretty nice . The Brea guy clearly has issues. But everybody steal from Best buy as much as you want because they have a hands-off policy so steal as much as you can from them because of this incident I actually looked into it. They do use facial recognition But they won't touch you according to my research.

I wanted to get a specific phone that was for verizon. I live 25 minutes from the store but I still went because that was the only store that had this product available. When I get there they tell me they can't help me because there's no Verizon representative at the store. So basically unless you're going to buy an unlocked phone make sure you check and see if a representative is there before you drive all the way to the store because that was a horrible experience. Not professional at all because nobody answers the phone.
