- GGGerald Goward5 days ago1.0I love Best Buy and have never had a bad experience until I went to the Fullerton location…no one would check me out to purchase my items…when I asked someone they said I had to wait…I asked for manager and they said he was in a meeting….I did find out managers name was Vernon…if DM is reading this you should look into this….usually everyone is very helpful and polite…what happened to Fullerton?
- JCJosh ChiJan 4, 20261.0This place is horrible. Customer Service nonexistent. The prices marked and rung up are different than actual price. When you bring it up to cashier they say what ever they think not facts. I had to try resolve issue by myself as he kept trying to explain himself. I had to tell him to stop but wouldn't. Had to get management involved and what a mistake. I think they wanted pay back for being disappointed in the service. One person who claimed to be the manager had to get my money double checked as both employees checked one said good and the other didn't want to take one of my bills. Finally the person claiming to be Manager would take my money. At this point I was so tired of dealing with them I walked out. At least go to the best buy on harbor and orange Thorpe a little better customer service over there. This company spends so much money bringing in customers it's a shame you're walking them.

We spent about an hour trying to resolve my problem and every step of the way, he was very assuring,kind, and very patient. He is seriously the best and I will always be referring my friends and family to him! Best buy is very lucky to have him!

Every time I go in there he would be so overzealous that he was easy to spot eventually so I called him out and he cried and put me on facial recognition. So now when I walk in the store an alarm sounds off when I walk into the store I mean this guy should be locked up he should be in prison for harassing people and then getting so personal. I've never stolen anything from them and I've been watching the employees and they're all afraid you could tell they're scared to death of this guy plus their manager is the same mentality.. I'm sorry that your presence didn't intimidate me and made you feel powerless cuz I called you out but you put me on a facial recognition system You belong behind bars
