  Was picking up an online TV purchase and decided to go back in to look at soundbars. I was check the back of one to make sure it had and ARC connection when a black shirt floor person yelled at me and told me to stop. I told him I was just checking for connections in the back. He then got way to close to me and then asked "so are you gonna take it?" I told him I was looking around. He then said I am just asking dont be rude and walked away. I was followed and watched from then on. I decided to leave since they made me feel like a theif. It sucks to be racially profiled but then again its OC. I was wearing black jean and a star wars shirt...no bags or anything. This happened 10/11 around noon.

  I've been visiting this Best Buy for months asking about Pokémon card restocks, and every time I'm told the drop happens on Saturdays. But today, on my way to the gym, I saw two people buying up all the available boxes—on a Tuesday morning. The entire stock was sold to just those two individuals, who are clearly scalpers. It makes you wonder how they knew about the early drop. To the managers: please stop texting people about restock times. Let's be real—drops should be random and limited to two items per customer, like Costco does.

  Best Buy has some great deals online, as well as offering reduced prices for opened boxes. They also have a lot of coupons and free items as well. Their return policy is 30 days with a restocking fee on certain items. This particular best buy has anti-theft locks on all of their devices, but the Samsung ones. This makes it impossible to pick up the device from its stand, and means that you cannot feel the weight of the phone or its shape accurately. For products like the iPhone Air and Pixel 9A, it really defeats the purpose and is conuterproductive to the marketing. I would really appreciate if the locks could be temporarily removed under the supervision of an employee so that I can feel the phone itself, but when asked, they denied. Some of the other products like the Galaxy Watch 8 Classic were also not avaliable to demo at all, with the object on display being replaced with a plastic, non-functional copy.
