    Went to the Pokemon day for kids event. My son loved it he had a blast and the guys working the event were awesome and very helpful . The best part was that they saved cards for the kids to purchase. My little dude is so thankful for y’all. Great job guys 🤙🏼

    Terrible cause I got a screen protector life warranty time ago now they told me I didn't get the protector cause it's no register on my name .

    This store is great! There are many products available for purchase and the customer service professionals (and the greeters) are very courteous and highly attentive. The Geek Squad is also helpful. My favorite sections of the store include all of the electronics (specifically, gaming, tv, laptops, and smartphones).

    I came in a couple weeks ago to buy a laptop for photo editing and I spent a pretty penny on it and joey was absolutely fantastic that day 10/10 service from him. I came in tonight to get batteries for a remote not expecting to get serviced like last time because it's something really quick and speedy. I walk over to the register to check out because there's a lady standing there and when I ask if I can check out she stares at me confused and looks irritated that I dare come to checkout. I ask if I can pay and she says "give me a second" and talks with another employee at the register who is checking out customers. When she's done talking she asks "what's up man?" What's up is i'd like to check out. Horrible customer service. Through check out she's laughing with another colleague who's at the door watching the cameras who says "he can see the fumes" obviously referring to how she's upset that I checkout at the register. What a terrible experience. Joey 10/10 service. The chick I unfortunately couldn't get a name but she is tall and has short blonde hair. I will not be returning. What a shame as this is my preferred store location for electronics.
