I asked her multiple times to check my account to make sure that the issues I was having with my account was resolved so I can go ahead and add a line to my account and she refused to take a look. She automatically sent me to a corporate location and said she was not able to help me, that I had to go to a corporate location. I tried explaining to her that I had already talked to someone at a corporate location and they stated that I would be able to walk in to any location to get help. And she refused to take sometime to look at my account. I also explained to her that I was there because it was convenient for me since it was close to my home and she again said that there was nothing she could do and for me to go to a corporate location. Not one time did she look at my account to see if there was a posible chance their was something she would be able to do for me. The worst customer service I have experienced!

I pre ordered the iPhone 17 pro max and the lady gave me the date 3rd of October no one calls me and when I get to the location they said it’s returned. The manager starts lying too. Should change this laziest staff from this location. I been first time and got the worst experience ever.
