  I had a pretty bad experience at this location with the manager, Jose. He refused to acknowledge an problem on Verizon's end and never took ownership of the issue. After Verizon's longest and largest outage one week ago, I hadn't been able to get 5G service on my phones since then. One troubleshooting step was performed and I was told there wasn't an issue and that having LTE only was sufficient for my devices. Verizon hasn't advertised LTE in almost a decade. He then shifted to saying that if I had had insurance, I could have had the phone replaced. He said this twice. Verizon is the only one of the big three networks to lose post paid subscribers according to their last earnings call. I understand that the corporation also laid off 13,000 workers in November last year while turning a lot of their store locations over to a franchise model. This location is one of those franchise locations and is owned by Victra, I believe. Despite the layoffs and subscriber losses, I was dumbfounded why they would treat a customer this way. If you want wireless service without the historical outages and doesn't blame YOU for their network's shortcomings, I recommend one of two things... 1. Visit a Verizon corporate store location (not this one) or 2. Switch your device to another carrier. There is an AT&T directly across the street from this location. I opted for number two and my devices are working as intended now on their 5G network. I'm curious as to how many phones were wrongly replaced by insurance due to bad information at this Verizon location.

  Robert at Sierra Towing was very timely and professional. He received the wrong address from me and was so patient and respectful about it. I’ve never met such a polite, kind and easy to talk to driver who got right to work and took very good care of my 2018 Volvo. I felt safe and happy since I was by myself at the time. He had to take my car a ways out of town and he was so kind and considerate about it. I really appreciate his service to me and our community. Thank you Robert! Hope you know you and Sierra Towing are very much appreciated.
