He was very knowledgeable and I’m grateful for the personal attention I received yesterday which was extremely above and beyond normal customer service. Mo was able to fix the problem within 30 minutes. God bless him , what a smart young man! I recently purchased an apple watch at Best Buy and unfortunately the verizon sales rep there was not able to assist us so we decided to go to verizon at the Champlain location and luckily Mo was there to assist us again just like he did the first time when we purchased a new phone a couple of months ago. Mo was very friendly, patient and engaging and he made sure that we understood all the options available before purchasing the new I phone and took the time to set it up right & working as it should. This is the second time Mo is assisting us with our needs and he went that extra mile to make sure that we are 100% satisfied customers. This was hands down the best customer service I have ever received from verizon in all the years that I have been a customer. Because of the excellent customer service we received from Mo that day my husband and I decided to go ahead and purchase the new I phone at the Champlain location..
