About a month ago, I switched both my business internet and mobile line to Verizon. From the first bill, there were discrepancies. Although the billing issue has now been corrected through customer care, my experience at the store was extremely disappointing. When I questioned why my invoice did not match the amount quoted at the time of purchase, JOSE ROCHA, who identified himself as the store manager, was dismissive and unprofessional. He stated there was no solution, refused to take responsibility for the pricing that was presented to me, and ultimately walked away mid-conversation without offering assistance. This level of conduct is not acceptable from a Verizon store representative, especially someone claiming to be a manager. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to prevent similar experiences for other customers.
