Another customer who was waiting had to open the door for me. They can at least look up and say hey. Need to train employees on customer service. I came in after 5pm. I hope one of the employee there working during the time was not management or supervisor.

She create new account nd also she move my line to new accunt. ( with this i cant sign in my account nd also Auto paymnt get turn off i paid extraa 10$ on each line) Then she said we gonna fix this issue come back after One month & when i came she gave me Custmor number to contact nd resolve my own issue. Thr is also Indian guy( Sanjay ) i talk same issue with him & he was no i cant help u Samantha mess up all. On this place they not work as team They have thr own clients ( as i talked to Sanjay said i can separate nd create new account in 1 day but Smantha was like as i told u i mess up all only i willl help you nxt time just come to me dont talk to anyone about this in store.) Sanjay start argue with me in front of all.
