  Hector and zaou were amazing. Easy process getting a phone! Went in there was no line. They helped immediately. They were super friendly. It felt like that they really cared about their job and customers which is really hard to come by currently! I highly recommend seeing them! Perfect team! Totally slayed!

  Jessica set an example today for what exceptional customer service looks like. She listed carefully to my situation and specific needs. She worked quickly and promptly recognized when she needed to bring in additional help. Even though things progressed very slowly for a while she stayed right with me and helped me navigate the corporate maze. She was very personable and I believe she is a very genuine person. When the first few layers of tech support weren’t able to resolve my problem she did not hesitate to assert herself over the phone to the various reps she was speaking with. She advocated through the phone on my behalf as if we had a preexisting relationship while never loosing her cool with the folks over the phone despite the frustrating circumstances. I’ve been dealing with this problem for over 10 days through various phone calls, store visits and online chats and it was ultimately Jessica that moved mountains on my behalf and got everything resolved, including the several smaller problems that were secondary to my major dilema. In addition to her exceptional customer service, she clearly demonstrated her mastery of the work she does and her professionalism was authentic, not forced or pretentious. Verizon needs to do everything possible to keep her working there because it is people like her that elevate everything they touch. I wish I had a better way to repay her for the top-tier service she provided today because as much as I want to thank her for today and rant and rave about her being so very good, it’s going to fall shamefully short of how appreciative I am for being blessed with her assistance today. With the utmost gratitude for your help and a ton of respect for your mastery of the job-THANK YOU!

  Crystal Salazar did an amazing job setting up a new phone for me and was so detailed pleasant and patient. Best customer service at any phone company that i have ever experienced! Thank you Crystal!

  We have Verizon home internet service. It has been lagging. We went into the store yesterday ( Black Friday) after a few trouble shooting questions we left with a new modem. It was a painless process. And it fixed the issue! Great and easy Customer Service!
