Seth & Daniel were amazing ! Great experience. Honestly the reviews had me hesitant to walk in. I’m glad I made the right choice to stop by. Staff is very friendly and on point. Got helped right away and they provided a resolution. Walking out with my new phone today !!!

Talk about terrible customer service. Went In with an issue they said they can fix it but my bill was passed due (2 days) and they said I needed to pay it in order to fix it so I did. They then took my phone added a second esim and the issue wasn't fixed and was told to call customer service because they can't fix it. Upon voicing my frustration with them and what they did I said this is the type of stuff that makes people leave the service and 2 of the other workers listening in laughed and 1 said yeah right we've heard that before and the other worker says these type of people aren't going anywhere if I had a nickel for Everytime they say that. I will gladly go out of my way to go to another store instead of dealing with Anna and the other employees. 12 years Verizon customer

Customer service here is really bad. We were given false information, went to two other verizon stores because by the time we realized that our internet had actually not been upgraded this store was already closed, and both of these stores corroborated that we were given false information by Librado at this initial store. I returned today to let them know the info they gave us was false, and that we were not receiving the internet speed we upgraded to. The new person I spoke to doubled down on the false information initially given by Librado. He said that they were corporate and they have the correct information, and the other two stores gave us false information. Well, if that was true, we'd actually have the internet we upgraded for. These two gentlemen are the reason we will leave Verizon wireless and switch to ATT as they dont even know how to properly hook a customer up with a new plan, and they stand behind their false information by saying they are a corporate store so they know more. They called my situation an anamoly when i responded to them by asking why the switch never happened after doing exactly what Librado initially instructed us to do. Smh. Do better verizon.

So disappointed. Came into the store because we were told to step in from the 1800 number. Walked in and you can tell NOBODY was interested to help. The lady just sat me down and called the 1800 number and said talk to them. The person on the line said have the store try on their end… and one of the worker had the audacity to say the “manager said we couldn’t do it” WHICH was a lie because not once they even tried… the lady just took me to the phone and didn’t even look at my acct. I told him “you guys didn’t even try, let me talk to the manager” poor guy had to come back BECAUSE THE MANAGER didn’t want to come out. He came back and tried which was nice and should have done that from the start. When you’re trying to buy or upgrade, everyone is so nice but when it comes to getting service they act like they are doing you a favor. We needed to upgrade 2 other lines too but nope not gonna even give them my business.
