- MYMary YescasJun 26, 20251.0I went in this location and bought a new phone. I wanted a 6ft charging cable. Salesman asks if it was a C to C. I didn't know what that meant and he shows me one I said no I don't think so. What I need is a USB type. He tells me if this isn't the right one, just come back. I went back 2 days later and says NO REFUNDS ON ACCESSORIES. I then call customer service and they said if I have the receipt and return to the same location I purchased it from, they must honor it. I explained the man refused and customer service says he must comply and ask to speak to the manager.
