  If I could give this store zero stars, I would. What happened here wasn’t just “bad service.” It was unethical, dishonest, and borderline fraudulent. I walked in to port my number over to Cricket with all the correct transfer PIN and account info from T-Mobile (after I was told that the information was incorrect although my first port was successful). The rep immediately tried to upsell me by claiming — falsely — that my number could not be ported unless I added a new line and bought a phone. That is absolutely not how porting works, and he knew it. Then it gets worse. After forcing an unnecessary line and device onto the transaction, he rang up the phone using the wrong payment method (cash instead of card) and then claimed he “couldn’t reverse it.” Instead of owning his mistake and using any kind of proper system procedure, he actually asked me to Zelle him money directly to fix his error. Let that sink in. A Cricket employee asking a customer to Zelle them money. At a wireless store. While still standing at the register. When I refused (because that’s unprofessional, unsafe, and completely against every retail policy in existence) he asked if I could borrow money from someone else to pay him. That alone is enough to shut a location down. He admitted the situation was his fault, but somehow also insisted there was “nothing he could do,” even as my service got disrupted from the port he mishandled. I had to call Cricket myself, and when the troubleshooting call dropped, even the rep at the store had no solution except shrugging and saying his hands were tied. This place is an operational disaster. There are no standards, no training, and clearly no oversight if employees feel comfortable asking customers to send money to their personal Zelle. That’s not a mistake - that’s misconduct. If corporate cares about their reputation or customer safety, they need to investigate this location immediately. No customer should have their service disrupted, be misled about required add-ons, or be pressured into sending money to an employee’s personal account just to undo their mistake. Until something changes, this store is a walking liability and absolutely should be avoided.

  Ive always went to this location ive been with cricket 8+ years! Ive never had any issues whatsoever.. The main girl who has been working there for the longest time is always so nice and very chill.. I mean i live in the neighborhood its super convienant being walking distance and all.. Stores always clean, their always ready to help you out. Just because their laid back and down to earth dont make them unprofessional .. Get a grip .. Some of us like chillaxed conversation.. And that the staff there aint all up tight like some of the other locations..Its why we continue to go to this one!
