  Went in to purchase a iPhone and this Mexican female worker approaches me saying that I couldn't buy it unlocked. I had to get it through a plan but she was rude about it. So I just said okay. All right, whatever and I left. She definitely shouldn't be working there. No customer service skills

  Bought a Samsung fridge had it about a year and a half. I bought insurance though them called them out 1st time for water leak fixed it great. 2nd time it happened again same problem called them out again they came out. technician said he needed a new part had to order it. great he said he would follow up to come back and install. 2 weeks passed never got no message back from them so I reached out and they told me it dirty behind the fridge “tech can’t work”. (like it’s not normal to have dust or maybe some trash fell back their) no problem I gladly cleaned it and called them back to reschedule they answered back 3 business days later and now they tell me that the “techs feedback notes” said that the fridge was roach infested and that I got to call out an exterminator to take care of the infestation and have them give me a certificate of completion to give back to Best Buy so the tech could come back out and install the ice-maker hose. Mind you this been going on back and forth 1 month and 3 weeks. 👎🏽 Geek squad do better.

  We were looking for the ooma digital telephone system. Checked online, they had one. Got to the store and the greeter when asked where in the store the ooma could be found, she was so quick to say, nope, don't got it. We checked around and actually found it. Cashier wasn't having a good day either. But, we secured what we wanted.

  Juan at the Fresno Blackstone location was quick, alert, attentive, and patient. He definitely would be the one to ask for as a wonderful customer service experience. I had several questions and concerns about my equipment and their products, and he answered them flawlessly My needs were dealt with. He assured me my personal items and purchases would be safely secured. I am extremely satisfied because he cared, then used his humble and knowledgeable character wisely. Thank you, Roberta
