What does that customer need that there should be 2-3 workers helping? Not even the worst part. I came back to them saying that they messed my phone up. I don’t care that i’m getting a new phone out of this. you have the responsibility of fixing my phone without messing it up and you can’t even do that. the audacity of the worker that said at least you get a new phone. should i be happy about that? no I’m not. I trusted you guys to fix my phone. I hope you take this inconsideration and fix your system. I would give you a two star but I don’t feel like it.
