As a man without much time i didnt meet their "15v day Warrenty" witin the first month apps where failing, The mouse would malfunction. SIMPLE things like the freaking bluetooth and wifi for godsakes... THey just wouldnt work unless i called. Mind you im a tech and troubleshoot myself before calling. These products where great in 2009 but now theyre just a logo.

I spent $2,000 on a new phone, yet I was treated like a nuisance from start to finish. The employee started with a dismissive, "Oh, so you're just here for this?" He acted like he couldn't be bothered to help me. Even though a co-worker brought over accessories to show me, this rep didn't even acknowledge them. He ignored the opportunity to help me further and just rushed the sale. The second he handed me the phone box, he completely moved on. He started helping the next customer immediately, acting like I wasn't even there anymore. •I had to ask for my receipt, and he ignored me. I actually had to interrupt the new customer he was helping to remind him a second time to print my receipt. Once he finally handed me the receipt, he didn't say a word—he just turned his back on me and walked away while I was still standing there. He didn't even offer me a bag for the phone. He just handed me the box and left me to walk out holding a $2,000 device in my hand. It felt like I was just buying a pack of gum at a liquor store, not a high-end piece of technology.
