  I went there to switch to an esim because the customer support code wouldn't go through phone messages so i had to go there in person and i forgot his name but he was wearing a cap. I think it was Miguel, if that's his name but he was understanding, patient, and helpful. I would definitely go back again in the near future if i'm having issues! :))
