  Great experience! Found a laptop online for a good price ($270 after sales tax!), just needed a basic computer that worked. I checked if they had it in stock, and they actually did when I came there. A man in the electronic section was very helpful. No annoying attempts to upsell. I was literally was in and out in like 15 minutes. I think the big box stores could learn a thing or two from this place.

  Clean store i wasnt greeted and wasnt asked if I needed help i went to a best buy rep he tried to help me the best he could for about 20 minutes with my difficult phone issue once he figured he couldn't do he kinda stopped helping and helped other customers witch was fine cus I was getting more results alone ended up going to geek squad who finished the issue for me in a few minutes....my issue was resolved and I left happy but for difficult issues I consider wait for the geek squad to help you i would have been out of the store alot more quickly

  I was scheduled to receive a TV delivery today with a confirmed window between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. At 11:53 a.m., I received a notification stating that the driver (Luis) would be arriving shortly. By 12:30 p.m., when no delivery had occurred, I contacted customer service and was advised to continue waiting until 3:00 p.m., with the assurance that the driver would call me 10 minutes prior to arrival. However, by 5:30 p.m., the TV had still not been delivered. Upon contacting customer service again, I was informed that the driver had marked the delivery as attempted at approximately 1:25 p.m. This is inaccurate, as no delivery attempt was made and I was present at the location during that time. Due to this failure, I was forced to drive to the store myself to pick up the TV, resulting in approximately one hour of additional travel time and inconvenience.

  Updated: We purchased a new washer and dryer from the Best Buy on Blackstone in Fresno, and unfortunately, the overall customer service experience was very disappointing. Appointments are not handled in a reliable or fluid manner—either no one shows up or they arrive on a different day without notice. There is a clear lack of coordination and follow-through. When trying to resolve an issue with our new washer, which has been intermittently malfunctioning, I went in person and was made to wait over an hour, despite multiple team members being aware that I was there. That said, we truly appreciate the installers—they were professional, helpful, and a bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience. Overall, the lack of communication, accountability, and consistency is unacceptable. I would recommend proceeding with caution.
