  This review is a must!!!!! The entire store was amazing. I came in with one of the worst phone repair/replacements cases ever and they went above and beyond to make sure that I didn’t leave dissatisfied. Special shout out to the young man and the manager that helped me.

  Very poor workflow for using apple care. They make appointments that are randomly pushed back and set you up for upsale as opposed to repair when repair would be faster. At no point are appointments made in the store or online sent to your phone via text. The repair process is the same, no updates are available online and update texts are not sent to your phone. If you attempt to chat tech support it’s a call center in India and when you call apple support they have no clue on the status of repairs either. Not sure if I’ll stay with Apple for my next phone. The support and user interface was their selling point and it is now like dealing with any other big company.

  1. Do not give out any of your passwords to these people they will steal your information. 2. All of the workers are unprofessional and they do not greet or seem to care. 3. All of the workers seem like they’re busy, but they’re not, they’re just walking around with iPads, seems to be they’re a little lost about their job. I think also that makes the store more unorganized is that there is no checkout in the front of the store. Everything is done on iPads? 4. The store never has anything in stock so you’ll be better off staying at home and ordering online or going to a different store. 5. This store has no purpose, only to be used as a showroom if you’re looking or wanting to buy, but I wouldn’t purchase from this store, I would purchase elsewhere.
