They will attend you for a sec. pretending to be really busy will go to the back office and spend 10-15 mins leisurely there and again when they come out, they will just keep ignoring even when there is literally one customer. Be prepared to spend minimum one hour to three hours for simple things and spoil your whole day because of the poor staff. The supervisor Michael’s phone number doesn’t even go through.

He only responded when I repeatedly asked how much longer it would take, and even then, he offered no real help. He spent too much time with one customer while completely ignoring the rest of us waiting, as if he assumed we would eventually leave. I finally got so irritated that I walked out and he didn’t even seem to notice or care. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I won’t be returning.
