Martin was so incredibly rude and insulting when I asked for help understanding the costs for trade ins for the phones. He said it’s my problem if I don’t understand. I was taken aback by such a response. Not sure what I asked that caused such a response, but I felt really insulted and not comfortable continuing with him especially after I told him he insulted me and he said my questions were unreasonable and blamed me. Anyway, I left and not sure if I want to go with Verizon after this experience.

They tried to lie and mislead customers just to sell phones and services. I don’t recommend this place at all — be careful before trusting what they say
- RDRafael DeAusenOct 10, 20255.0Manny was great. Paid off my iPhone 15 Pro to keep it and got a second line for $15 (wouldn’t been $55 without his advise) and got the 17 Pro financed. Used the $500 iPad credit for an M4 iPad 512GB and am paying the balance of the iPad (less the $500 credit) and the balance of the iPhone 17 Pro over time but my monthly only increased by $30. Which is great because the iPad was $1700, but got it for $1200 with the rebate, which is more than my military discount would’ve gotten me at 15% off $10/mo for the iPad cellular $15/mo for my iPhone 15 I am fully prepped for all our events we have wifi and streaming issues at!
