After 5 minutes a staff member was walking by i looked at him to greet him he just said someone will be here to help and left waited 10 more minutes staff member come and again went into room in the back without even acknowledging me. No wonder why so many 1 star reviews. If you guys are not interested in working then mark this place closed on Google. No one will come and don't waste their time. Goggle should make a option for 0 star particularly for this place

The guy that helped us clearly wasn’t properly trained and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. The other guy in the store didn’t care to help his coworker. After the 4 hours and no phone, we were told we’d need to come back when they didn’t even know what the issue was. No way we’re coming back. They didn’t even offer anything additional for our trouble. I would put zero stars if I could. Just go to the other Verizon store in Fremont!

Think twice or more before considering getting anything from this store. The accessory credit was promised by the sales as well as the store manager when we purchased phones in the store. 4 months have passed by and credit issue is never resolved or progress. We have went in the store and even called the manager many times - nothing happened but felt very frustrated and disappointed as a customer.
