Very caring, responsive, and attentive staff. We were able to have our dog seen right away and Doctor Baya provided very thoughtful, kind, and comprehensive care. Everyone from the first person who answered our call, to the front desk staff, to all the techs and doctors were highly skilled, knowledgeable, and helpful.

While finding out your 4 legged family member has cancer is not fun. The staff and vet assistant and doctor were very thoughtful, attentive and explained everything.

Disappointed with my last visit—overpriced and left waiting 1.5 hours with no updates. I understand emergencies happen, but communication should be a priority.

Dr. Hunt and his internal medicine team along with Eric, Gina and Rayanne at reception have always been so kind, patient, and compassionate during EVERY visit I've had here. My little guy has been under the care of Dr. Hunt after being referred by our regular vet and we only have had positive experiences. From a successful lithotripsy to an ER visit for facial paralysis, the team at VCA consistently provides excellent and attentive care. 10/10 would recommend.

On Saturday I arrived around 11:40 pm. My baby was having complications and the only solution was to put him to rest. The service here is incredible considering how heart broken my family was. The process was painful but thanks to the support we were given a room to say our final goodbye. It was fast & we were there while it happened. Although we didn’t want to say goodbye it was the only option for my baby to be out of pain. One of the workers even gave me 4 bags of his fur. The cremation payments were reasonable and for now, I wait for my babies arrival of ashes. Thank you again. Rest in peace Tobias 04.26.24-03.07.26 Update: Got my fur baby really quick, their service is absolutely top notch. Only took less than a week to receive my baby cremated. They even sent me a postcard saying sorry for my loss. They made the grieving process easy & for that I thank you!
