Logan and Jose could not have been more helpful, professional or friendlier. Within minutes, Logan had figured out what needed to be done and walked us through it. We could finally send our old phones back for the trade-in value. I was beyond frustrated with the other Verizon “customer service” offerings, which is something new for me; in the past, Verizon had been easy to work with and to get help from. I’m very sad and concerned that they have changed everything so much. The local stores cannot even be reached by phone any longer. And the online and over-the-phone “help” is far from helpful; it’s completely frustrating! Thank you again to Logan and Jose for being the true help for Verizon - we appreciate you!!
