I was then informed that I could no longer have the home Internet plus plan because it wasn’t available where I live, but I had it prior to exchanging the router so now I’m stuck with the home Internet, basic plan and none of my devices are able to work on the Internet because it can no longer support what I used to have on it

While his assistant Christian appeared honest, Michael repeatedly gave excuses, claiming system errors, for about a month. When I visited the store to resolve the issue, he behaved unprofessionally, refused to help, and even involved the police unnecessarily. It seems their strategy is to sell first and later make it difficult to follow up, often citing staff changes or manager transitions. If anyone else faces similar issues, you can report fraudulent billing to the FCC. They sent me bill of $685 for first month by tricking selling five lines. Fake promises and scam.

The first time I came I do not remember his name though this recent time I can Cienna helped me, I was in and out of this verizon within 20 minutes all questions answered and left happy.
