Forgot my watch at home but he was able to connect it at the store, so by the time I got home, my watch just had to repair with the new phone and was officially paired to my cellular network. I went in to take care of a phone problem at the Fontana store on Sierra Lakes Parkway.Some how I was asked about my internet service. I was then asked to try their service TRY never told me how long and most definitely about any contract agreement . I took it home and I instantly was having problems with it. I lost track of how many times I have called about the unreliable service. Frozen up resetting many times a day and that I didn't want it. Yet they refused to take it back and convincing me to keep it. I finally put my foot down and said no . Now they are telling me that I am in a contract for 36 months. I sent their system back FedEx but I own them for their baaad service. I will get a lawyer soon to deal with them. Please be careful. Verizon use to be good but now even with the phone. Always an outage drop call . Am done.

Im an android user so I have no clue in certain iphone things related. Employee was clearly annoyed at my questions and the fact that he wasn't actually being helpful he finally admitted that even he wasn't too familiar with icloud either 🤦🏻♀️ but his tone was annoyed and rude! He kept responding "and im telling you 🗣" the security guard started to come closer to the door where I was as if I was the one being loud which I wasnt even remotely I literally just needed the help to back up texts and reset the phone to mail it out. The guy is a skinny Latino with an accent and thin mustache I belive he had braces. Anyhow I walked out like ✌🏼 and headed to the one in Rancho on foothill. They figured it out in 5 mts and the lpbely young girl was nice helpful and we laughed at the unnecessary aggressiveness of the Fontana location.
