- DKDave KelleySep 6, 20241.0Wild goose chase on iPhone repair- was told the phone had to be replaced instead of repaired and to go to Apple Store. Apple Store repaired easily but total of 4 1/2 hours of driving. Won’t use the Geek Squad in future!
- TRTom RomaneckMay 3, 20221.0Not too happy. We bought a Bose soundbar which keeps going out. We thought it was the soundbar, so replaced it. Still had trouble, so thought it was the TV and replaced that. They've been out 4 times to "fix" the problem. The problem is still there. Come to find out that they failed to actually set up the product. All they did was plug it in and program the universal remote (which doesn't actually work to turn sound on and off, only to adjust volume). Very disappointed. They are not technical experts in my opinion. They are simply installers. Not worth the $200 TotalTech price tag.

Apparently they have a phone number that doesn’t actually accept phone calls. Ridiculous. And there are no pricing details of any kind on their website. I’m not going to drive all the way there just to find out this information. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
