    Perfect service. Asked one associate, they were unsure but sent me to the exact person that knew all I needed. On christmas eve I was able to get in, get what I came for and get out of there in less than 15 minutes. Always will go back here. Thanks guys!!

    I purchased tv home set up online. So I go into folsom California store to see in person the items I bought and Lil Asian employee treated me with disrespect. This company sucks!!

    I usually go to Auburn's Bestbuy for my electronics. But I am a impatient person and they did have what I need in stock, especially for a whole week. So I went to Folsom Bestbuy for the first time and was met with a nice and clean store, amazingly useful and quick staff, and useful working products. Asked for a GPU out of the glass case and the staff was immediately on it! Grabbed the GPU and brought me over to the Register to purchase it. Was in and out within 5 minutes! Amazing staff and work flow.

    My wife & I originally came in tonight to look at phones , but found ourselves in the laptop section. We had the pleasure of coming across Adharsh who was very patient & very knowledgeable with all laptops. We walked away with two Lenovo Laptops! 5 Star Service! Thank you!
