  Pilot Freight Services drove past my place several times all day while I was waiting for delivery. Then I got a call from bestbuy that the "truck broke down" and they will not know when it can be delivered. I must now wait 72 hours. I will not be ordering from bestbuy again because of this. I like the company but they are using third party partners which are unacceptable and unprofessional. Just 2 weeks ago I had a fridge delivered and installed by a third party and they also could not do the job properly. Bestbuy will lose to competitors with this outsourcing of their delivery and installation.

  Purchased a laptop online for pick up. Waited to purchase Microsoft 365 so I could talk to the in person. The Microsoft pro guy explained the differences which made it easier for my husband and I to decide what best fit our needs. Highly recommend best buy for our purchases. We've purchased many of TVs, computers, printers, etc and will keep coming back.

  The virtual assistant said they can't help with cellphone stuff and hung up on me, never going to best buy and I'm gonna tell all my friends. I'm old so I can't drive much and I don't use social media, you guys just don't service us old folks.
