I went to ATT at the mall to see if they can help fix it. They didn’t even try and look at the problem. The guy said I have to take it to the Apple store. I ask where the nearest one he said Concord. Okay!!!!....that is just not an option to far for me to drive. He finally suggested Best Buy they sell Apple products. I will never recommend anyone to go to ATT store at the mall ever. Thank goodness I went there. They were very helpful. A sale lady helped me first. She tried her best but couldn’t get it to work. An Asian guy heard us and came over I think his name is Gary. I asked him if he can help me fix my watch he said no problem. This guy is a genius. It only took him a few minute to get it back and started. The downloading took a while but the thing I’m trying to say is this man took the time to help me out. That is excellent customer services. I highly recommend him. If anyone needs help ask for this person Gary.
