The vet took time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and treated my dog like their own.

Have me deal with bank robbery in progress, shooting or a crazy suspect anytime then a sick dog. But everyone has there job. So I called and spoke to Alex. She was able to get me an appointment same day. She was so nice. Then she was able to hold my puppy while filled out the paperwork. Then I was taken to the back, Dr. Brumels was really nice. Took care of my puppy as she was her doggy. She is really nice, she took the time to explain that she was just being a puppy, and there was nothing to wrong with her. Not only that, she said she was okay but she she could update her shots since I was there. I was also really impressed by the office. They gave her two toys. I don’t live in Fair Oaks. But I would come just for them to check her out. The doctor actually called to see how she was doing after the appointment, that made day. That is kindness. Why the 4 stars. You ask? Well. The pricing. So the check up was free, the prevention medication was free. The staff amazing, the doctor amazing, be prepared to pay a little extra when coming here.
