I know you have 7 days to exchange it. First girl didn't even really help and tried to tell us to go to the website. We called customer service and they said she's wrong and to go and she would speak on our behave. Then the girl at the store said it was a misunderstanding and we had to wait for her manager to come back from lunch. When we came back then they said it had to be the actual person who bought it with their id even though I had the receipt and the cell and everything included. Wasted my time. Would never go there again.
